Southline makes it simple to add your logo, artwork or custom text to suitable garments.

Whether you are ordering for yourself, a team, a business or an organisation, you can personalise selected products with printing or embroidery options.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Product

Select the garment or product you want to customise.

Available colours, sizes and customisation options vary by product.

2. Choose Your Logo Position

Select where you would like your logo, artwork or text to appear on the garment.

Depending on the product, available positions may include:

• Left Breast
• Right Breast
• Right Breast (Large)
• Big Front
• Big Back
• Nape of Neck
• Tail
• Left Sleeve
• Right Sleeve

The available positions are displayed visually during the customisation process, so you can clearly see where your branding will be placed.

Some positions support both printing and embroidery, while others may support printing only. The available decoration methods are shown beneath each position before you make your selection.

Where available, you can also select more than one position, for example:

• Left Breast + Big Back
• Left Breast + Right Sleeve
• Right Breast + Big Back

Each selected position can then be configured separately.

3. Configure Each Position

After selecting a logo position, choose how you would like that position to be customised.

Depending on the selected position, available options may include:

• Printing
• Embroidery
• Uploaded logo or artwork
• Custom text
• Other available decoration options

If you select multiple positions, you can configure each position individually.

4. Upload Your Logo or Artwork

Upload the artwork you want Southline to reproduce.

For the best result, please provide a clear, high-quality version of your logo or artwork.

5. Select Sizes & Quantities

Choose the sizes and quantities you need.

Where supported, you can order different sizes and quantities within the same order, making it easier to order for individuals, teams and businesses.

6. Review Your Customisation

Before confirming your customised product, carefully check:

• Product
• Colour
• Size
• Quantity
• Selected logo positions
• Printing or embroidery method
• Uploaded artwork
• Custom text
• Spelling

Once everything is correct, confirm your customisation and add the product to your basket.

Multiple Logo Positions

Need branding in more than one place?

Where supported, Southline allows you to select and configure multiple decoration positions on the same product.

For example, you may want:

• A small logo on the Left Breast
• A larger design on the Big Back
• Additional branding on a sleeve

Each position can have its own available decoration method and artwork.

Printing & Embroidery

The available decoration method depends on the product and selected logo position.

Some positions may support:

while others may support:

Print Only

The customisation screen will show the available options for each position before you proceed.

Before You Confirm

Please carefully review your order before confirming.

Make sure your:

• Logo is correct
• Artwork is clear
• Spelling is correct
• Logo positions are correct
• Sizes are correct
• Colours are correct
• Quantities are correct

Once printing, embroidery or other customisation has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind after the customisation has been applied.
